Jerrod & Jerri Lynn-Love in the Sun {Miles City, MT Wedding Photographer}

This was such a fantastic wedding.  The colors, the sunshine, the families, the bridal party, and the couple were all exactly why I love weddings.  There was so much joy and love all around, and Jerri Lynn and Jerrod are so blessed to have so much support and love surrounding them.  

Jerri Lynn and Jerrod live on the east coast so their wedding day was the first time I met them.  From the time I walked into the salon, I felt comfortable with Jerri Lynn.  She was so calm and relaxed.  She was really all about taking in the day and enjoying every moment.  I loved that about her.  So many people chipped in to make the day perfect, and I think that is a testament to the people Jerri Lynn and Jerrod are.    

Thank you so much for asking me to take part in your special day.  I am so happy the two of you found each other, and I wish you both the best in your new life together.

 I was a BIG fan of this car.  I really love the car portraits.  We were lucky enough to have two portraits sessions.  It was so hot earlier in the day, so we took some more portraits when the light was softer, and it had cooled down a bit.  This time of day is my favorite time to shoot.

Lovable Lola {Three Forks, MT Photographer}

I can not get over how cute little miss Lola is!  She is such a doll and such a happy baby.  Plus she has a family who adores her, and loves making her smile.  I was lucky enough to photograph her during my fall mini sessions last year, and I hadn't seen her since then.  It amazes me how much she has grown and changed.  She is starting to look so much like her sister Emily who is also a beautiful girl.     

How awesome are little Lola's dresses?  She is already one fashionable chick.

One Big Happy Family {Three Forks, MT Photographer}

I am so excited to finally share these photos from Greg and Lorrie's reception.  They had a small wedding ceremony with the two of them, and Greg's daughter and husband, and had their reception with all their friends and family at a later date.  I was so thrilled to be asked to capture some portraits of them and their family before the reception and to photograph the reception as well.  They are such a beautiful, fun, and loving family, and I wish Greg and Lorrie many many years of happiness together.  

Random tid-bits

Here's a couple random tid-bits about me

I watch trashy tv as I edit.  I am queen of multitasking so as I sit here editing away, I have some random tv show playing in the corner of my imac.  These shows include the Bachelorette, True Blood, (which is not trashy but just plain awesome!  I watched the first 3 seasons while editing but NOW...I finally have HBO so I enjoy this very critically acclaimed show from my couch) and the one I hate to admit to-the new Paris Hilton Show.  Hulu is awesome, and it makes the mundane task of editing pretty darn fun.

I am not really much of a cook, but I do cook Mexican dishes pretty well.  Both my husband and I love mexican food, and we frequent Mexico Lindo.  I really enjoy trying to make similar dishes at home, and Kevin loves them.  One of the best compliments he has given me is that he thinks my mexican food is awesome.  

Legitimately beating my hubby in golf is on my bucket list.  What can I say...I'm competitive.  

I love buying thank you cards, and stationary in general, but I definitely do not put all that stuff to good use.

Even though I spend a lot of time in my car driving from Miles City to Three Forks and back, I rarely wash it or clean the inside.  I would never let my house get that dirty, but a dirty car just doesn't bug me.

Bodie and Mom {Three Forks, MT Family Photographer}

Bodie is one seriously cute little guy!  I have had the pleasure of spending some time with this little guy over the past few months, and he is one of the happiest babies I have ever been around.  He is always smiling and giggling and is such a joy to be around.  He was also awesome to photograph for those very reasons.

This cutie pie has plenty to smile about.  His momma loves him so much, and he lights up around her.  I love photographing babies and their mothers because there is no posing.  I just get to snap away as the two of them interact.  It is one of my favorite things to photograph, and it is why I love what I do-I get to photograph LOVE!  

 I love the next three photos of Laci and Bodie!  He is such a happy boy and she is one beautiful mommy.
