First you should know that I love what I do. I have loved photography for as long as I can remember, and I love capturing images that define a moment. You may have already guessed that I love to take photos so besides photography, I also love my incredible husband Kevin. We are newlyweds and enjoying every bit of it. I have the most wonderful family, and feel truly blessed everyday for having them in my life. My sister is my best friend, and I couldn't ask for a better one. I am also quite crazy about my puppy Penny. She happily keeps me company while I spend my days editing, and she is also quite comfortable in front of the camera. I also enjoy sipping wine, and eating French cheese. I love online shopping, and I am a fanatical blog reader. I buy shoes that aren't practical but are beautiful. I have a huge sweet tooth. I love to travel, even if it is just to the nearest lake. Our home is a never ending project, but I love every minute of it. I could eat Mexican food everyday of the week, but struggle to make it the gym most days. I am definitely a people person, and that is one of the things I love most about photography. I am photographing someone's special moment, and that means I get to know them on their wedding day, or when they are expecting their first baby, or when they are holding their one week old baby or even when they are chasing their children around a park. I get the opportunity to work with people on the most special occasions, and that is what makes photography truly magical for me.
I currently live in Miles City, Montana, but am originally from Three Forks, Montana. I first started my business in the Gallatin Valley, and I will continue to work in the Gallatin Valley as much as possible. My family is there, and because my husband works on location fairly often, I try to schedule sessions there when I know my husband will be out of town. It makes for a little bit of a crazy schedule, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
