Ben and Shaye {Three Forks, MT Engagement Photographer}

We were so lucky that we started this shoot when we did, because we were literally running from the storm that blew in just as we finished Ben and Shaye's shoot.  The overcast evening made for some beautiful light, and the spring colors really pop.  I love shooting this time of year before the temperatures get too hot, and when everything is so green and beautiful!  Ben and Shaye are such a fun, easy going couple, and I am really looking forward to shooting their big day in a few weeks.  Enjoy your sneak peek.  See you soon!

Clint and Laci {Miles City, Montana Engagement Photographer}

I had an absolute blast shooting this session.  It was my first engagement session in a while, and it was so nice to be shooting in a great location with beautiful light, green scenery, and a wonderful couple.  I love shooting engagement sessions, and I love that it gives me a chance to better get to know a couple and how they interact together before their wedding day.  Plus it helps the couple get to know me, and it ultimately helps them relax in front of the camera on their wedding day.  

Clint and Laci nailed this shoot.  They chose this beautiful location which is Clint's family's ranch. I love when a couple has a special location for their shoot, and this location had it all.  Barns, and old wood buildings, green landscapes, an old car, dirt roads, and a beautiful open field.  Mix all that with golden evening light, and a fun, easy going couple, and you get a successful engagement shoot.

Karlee Sue {Billings, MT Newborn Photographer}

I wanted to share a quick sneak peek of Miss Karlee Sue before my crazy weekend begins.  I have a wedding, two engagement sessions, and a family/newborn session to shoot while I am in Three Forks so there will be lots to share on the blog in the coming weeks.

Karlee is such a beautiful baby, and she has such wonderful parents.  I have known Matt and Jeralee for a handful years now and could not be happier for them.  It is only a matter of time before her and Paxson are getting into trouble together. :)  Congrats again McCleary family! 

The Farmer Family {Miles City, Montana Family Photographer}

This shoot is proof that Montana has had one actual spring day this year.  It got me so excited to start shooting outside again, and then bam...more snow and rescheduled shoots.  At least I was able to get this family in as they were visiting over Easter weekend, and we had a very small window of time to get their session in.  I photographed little Miss Capri last year, and since then, this family has welcomed a handsome baby boy to their family.  It always means so much to me to have returning clients, and I love being able to document their family.  I know how fast it all goes, and how quickly little ones grow, and it is nice to have clients who value my photography.  Thank you for a wonderful family shoot, and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
