Heather and Justin-June 26, 2010

I had so much fun at Heather and Justin's wedding! They were so relaxed and calm you would never have even known it was their wedding day. Once the ceremony was over, and it was time for their portraits, the newly married couple couldn't keep their hands off one another. Justin had Heather, my assistant Shelby, and myself giggling throughout the whole day. It truly was awesome to be part of their day. Heather and Justin are such an inspirational couple, and their happiness was absolutely contagious. Thanks for the great day! Couples like you are the reason I love my job.

Thanks for being such a good sport Justin :)

Kaela and Weston-Summer Lovin

This fun loving couple was an absolute blast to photograph. I have known Kaela since Elementary School, and have loved getting to know Weston over the past couple years. These two are a perfect fit. They are constantly making each other laugh, and getting this good looking couple to kiss was cake! They are so in love, and so excited for their upcoming wedding on September 4th as am I. I can't wait to photograph your special day, you two will have a fantastic wedding. Thanks for the fun engagement session. You guys rocked it.

love this model pic
And you two didn't think you could pull off the "serious face"

Megan and Andy tied the knot - May 15, 2010

These two are absolutely crazy about each other, and on top of that, they are honestly best friends.  They are so comfortable around one another, and it is just easy to be comfortable around them as well.  My favorite thing about this wedding was that throughout the past year, I made a couple great friends.  You two deserve all the happiness in the world, and I was so honored to be a part of your special day.

Congrats again!  Enjoy your upcoming honeymoon.

Sean and Amanda

I had so much fun shooting this adorable couple....They seriously could not quit smiling which made the shoot so enjoyable for me.  Sean kept Amanda giggling throughout most of the shoot, and it is very obvious how in love and excited they are for their big day!  The photos were taken at the Buttelman Ranch, and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful Montana day with lots of green.  I cannot wait until the wedding on July 3rd, and I hope you two continue to smile throughout the final month of your engagement.

Congrats you two...See you in a month :)

Oh Boy!

I just love baby shoots...There is nothing quite like them. They are unpredictable, but also very laid back. I have no problem hanging out with baby and mom for as long as it takes. This little guy, Cooper, needed a little time to warm up to the camera, but it was worth the wait. Plus, it was great to catch up with mommy Tiff. Congrats Ren and Tiffany on such a beautiful addition to your family. It was a joy spending the afternoon with Cooper!

Cooper Douglas Gardner-just shy of 1 month old

I giggle every time I see these two photos...His wrinkled up forehead is just too cute.

I just love how tuckered out the little guy looks in this pic...

Aaron and Danielle-Engagement Session

A few weeks ago, Danielle won an engagement session from me at a Bridal Fair in Miles City, Montana. The couple is getting married in June, and I had such a great time getting to know them, and downtown Miles City. Good luck you two, and congrats on the upcoming wedding.

Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

I obviously like kissing pics...What can I say, I'm a romantic.

My blogging has been really bad lately! No excuses, but now that spring is here, I have some great shoots lined up in the upcoming weeks. Engagement sessions, maternity and baby sessions, and my first wedding of 2010 is only a few weeks away! I am also gearing up for my wedding day, and I am planning a post inspired by my own wedding plans. I have been working on quite a few diy projects, and I will share those along with some other wedding details.

The Mack Family

So I have been a terrible blogger the past couple months!  The holidays alone are not a good enough excuse, but I am also in the middle of planning my own wedding which has kept me quite busy lately.  I am not complaining however, I LOVE the wedding planning- and I love all things wedding so I have been a kid in a candy store lately.

Even though these photos were taken awhile ago, it was important that I share them with you.  Lou and Bill are my aunt and uncle, and therefore Shann, Shelby, Shayla, and Shainy are my cousins.  I am only a couple years older than Shann ( the oldest Mack kid), and we have always been close, but I am also very close to the 3 girls as well.  Shainy (the youngest) is my god daughter and she will be a junior bridesmaid in my wedding.  Shelby (the blondest) and Shayla are two of the easiest chicks to be around.  Shelby is hilariously ditzy, and Shayla is the type of person that just makes you comfortable.  She has so much going for her, (they all do) but it has never gone to her head.   Lou (my mom's sister) has been much like a second mother to me, and Bill has always been a wonderfully supportive member of our family.  I love them and appreciate everything they have done for me.  They are supportive of my photography, they let me stick a camera in their face whenever I want, they are thrilled about my upcoming wedding, and I am so so lucky to have them as family and most importantly friends.  You are such a beautiful family!  Thank you so much for all you have done, and all you will continue to do for me.

Aren't they a gorgeous family?

Shainy keeps everyone laughing all the time-she has a wonderful sense of humor and great facial expressions.

They really do get along that well.

Are you happy now Shelb?  :)
