I had an absolute blast shooting this session. It was my first engagement session in a while, and it was so nice to be shooting in a great location with beautiful light, green scenery, and a wonderful couple. I love shooting engagement sessions, and I love that it gives me a chance to better get to know a couple and how they interact together before their wedding day. Plus it helps the couple get to know me, and it ultimately helps them relax in front of the camera on their wedding day.
Clint and Laci nailed this shoot. They chose this beautiful location which is Clint's family's ranch. I love when a couple has a special location for their shoot, and this location had it all. Barns, and old wood buildings, green landscapes, an old car, dirt roads, and a beautiful open field. Mix all that with golden evening light, and a fun, easy going couple, and you get a successful engagement shoot.
